These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 3bd9 platform and all services operated under it. By registering on 3bd9 or using its services, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms. Please read the entire document carefully.

1. General Provisions

These Terms are written in Bengali. If any dispute arises from interpretation of language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Registration Terms

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3bd9 may verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete. Verification may typically require a scanned copy of a national identity card or passport, and proof of address.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

Any activity on the account — such as placing bets, deposits, or withdrawals — will be considered the account holder's activity. 3bd9 is not responsible for any loss caused by another person gaining access to your account, unless the incident was caused by 3bd9's own fault.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

3bd9 currently supports the following payment methods:

4.2 Deposit Terms

Each deposit must be a minimum of ৳300. Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in the name of the registered account holder. Making deposits using a third party's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or placed on hold in the following situations:

• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• A security review is required
• Technical issues or payment gateway problems

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit to 3bd9, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Some examples of bonus amounts:

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — and this calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General terms relating to bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• There may be a set maximum bet amount when wagering with bonus funds.
• Some games may contribute less towards wagering calculations.
• Claiming a bonus more than once from the same person, family, or household is prohibited.
• 3bd9 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

3bd9's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tier level is determined based on the player's activity and participation. Wagering requirements may apply in order to receive cashback.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on 3bd9 are operated according to specific rules. Each game has its own payout structure and rules, which are displayed on screen when the game loads.

• If a bet's outcome remains undetermined due to a technical error, that bet may be declared void.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a system error or bug may be forfeited.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules.
• Using any programmatic method (bots, scripts) is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

Various types of bets are available in sports betting markets, such as match results, total runs/goals, and in-play markets. Odds are variable and may change up until an event starts. A change in odds after a bet has been placed does not affect that bet.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

3bd9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Providing a false identity or information
• Evidence of bonus abuse
• At the account holder's own request (self-exclusion)

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses, where applicable) will be returned, however funds may be temporarily held during an ongoing investigation.
